Forever debating who to pick for the limited 5-star freebie
I could go for Nilou C2, but the catch is I don't have a Dendro DPS... Originally, I was thinking of getting Valesa, but since I pulled Vesna and already have Cyno and Freminet for Electro DPS, I figured that's fine... For 5-star Hydro, I have Kokomi, Nilou, Furina, Neuvillette, Muheyle, and Columbina... So now I'm torn between Valesa and Chiori... seriously, what should I do? 🤔 Pics of my 5-star characters 😌

If you have enough Electro DPS characters, Chiori is a solid choice. She synergizes well with Geo sub-DPS characters like Zhongli, who can also place a Geo construct, and Columbina (assuming this is a typo and meant for a character like Albedo or another Geo unit that places constructs, or perhaps a placeholder for a character that fits the synergy description), who can place a cage with Crystallize. However, if you plan to utilize Nilou, consider aiming for her C2 with refinements, or choosing Baizhu. It seems like you're lacking Dendro characters. I also went with Baizhu. Keep in mind that Baizhu's ascension materials include Glaze Lilies, which can be a hassle to farm.
