Insanely Delicious Ramen
Introducing 'Hanazen', a ramen shop in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture. I'll be introducing their Aburi-yaki Shoyu Chashumen (1500 yen) and Gyoza (500 yen). The best thing about this dish is undoubtedly its generous portion size and its overwhelmingly delicious flavor. The Aburi-yaki Chashumen is topped with braised pork belly as chashu, and to support it, stir-fried vegetables are piled on excessively. All of these elements harmonize to create the ultimate bowl. However, be warned that the portions are huge, so ordering gyoza is at your own risk. The gyoza are exquisite on their own, bursting with flavor, and they're quite large too. The wrappers are big, and the filling is packed tightly. The overflowing meat juice when you take a bite is simply the best. A 1:1 mixture of vinegar and soup complements it perfectly. Overall, it's incredibly delicious, so I highly recommend you go try it.

It's filled to the brim and looks so appealing!! The color, like it's based on a braised pork sauce, has a rich, delicious look. When you have rich braised pork flavor with vegetables, the harmony is just the best, right? It's just right, making the noodles go down easily too. And the dumplings, with their size, are really satisfying and filling!
