Good evening

I tend to eat out a lot, and I guess it's because of the excess salt, but I tend to get bloated easily, which is complicated... lol I try to stay hydrated by drinking water frequently, but I still tend to get bloated, so I'm wondering what I should do.

Good evening! Speaking from my own experience, when I first got my driver's license, I was rear-ended at a red light and diagnosed with a cervical sprain. I hated the daily electrical stimulation therapy and IV drips, so I declared I wanted a second opinion. The doctor I was referred to was a renowned specialist for what's commonly known as 'whiplash'. I was completely healed after six months of treatment. The medication I was prescribed back then was from a company called 'Tsumura', and it was a drug typically given to alcoholics to forcibly expel bodily fluids. My swelling visibly reduced to the point where it was barely noticeable, though I'm not saying you should get a cervical sprain like I did 🤣 The side effect of that medication was that I had to go to the bathroom an excessive number of times. So, perhaps you could try consuming beverages with diuretic effects, like coffee? Take care of yourself! 😊

For swelling, I just massage it as needed. It's temporary though, and not really a solution, right? If you're really troubled by it, you might consider trying something like traditional Chinese medicine (Kampo).
