Please tell me 🙇

I used to play Tsum Tsum about 10 years ago, but I recently got hooked on The Mandalorian and heard there's a Mando Tsum, so I'm thinking of returning. Can you still get the Mandalorian permanently now? I searched about gacha spec changes and stuff, but I didn't really understand, so I'd appreciate it if you could tell me 🙇
