Book lovers, gather 'round〜!

Here's the book I'm introducing this time! It's the bizarre masterpiece, "Existence" by Inai Zatsuji! The synopsis is about a boy named 'Boku' who wants to establish his identity but can't, and tries various things. However, while he's decent at sports, music, shogi, fishing, cooking, and studying, he can't get truly passionate due to feeling the gap between himself and others. He's treated as a jack-of-all-trades who's master of none, making him think, 'It would be better if I were bad at everything.' But one day, 'Boku' is forced into becoming a magical girl by a mysterious fairy who suddenly appears. The world also changes as if 'Boku' had always been a girl. As a result, people's perception of 'Boku' changes from being a jack-of-all-trades to someone who 'can do pretty much anything.' (※His childhood friend, who is fixated on the protagonist, remains unchanged except for becoming yuri-inclined.) Furthermore, 'Boku' enjoys the newfound status as a 'boku-girl' after changing gender, but gets caught up in troublesome magical girl shenanigans. That's the story. By the way, if anyone finds out you're a magical girl, you can't transform anymore, so making that your 'thing' is impossible. Sad, isn't it?
