Help me
Even though my electricity and water processing capacity exceeds the demand, the residents are still saying they aren't receiving it... So I looked into it. I found out that infrastructure facilities (like power plants, sewage treatment plants, garbage dumps, etc.) can't supply services if they aren't connected by road. I tried changing various things, but it didn't work in the end. Has anyone else experienced this? If you know a solution, please tell me, I'd really appreciate it!

The residents are shouting every day, aren't they... I understand how you feel 𥺠When a bug occurs, I recommend checking the EA forums first. Tools like ChatGPT can also find information from forums and Reddit. (Go to the EA support page from 'Settings' > 'Help' in the game. You can proceed to 'EA Forums' from there.) The issue of service shortages despite capacity > demand has been reported for a while, and EA seems to be aware of it. Currently, there doesn't seem to be a surefire solution that works for everyone. Some reports say moving or rearranging infrastructure like housing, roads, and power helped, but the same methods didn't work for others. Sometimes, buying more infrastructure doesn't solve it either. For now, try moving your power plants a bit. If that doesn't fix it, I'd suggest reporting the bug and waiting for a silent fix, rather than forcing yourself to buy more infrastructure or extensively redesigning your city. Even if services are temporarily unavailable, it shouldn't lead to a game over on its own.
