Suspicious Activity
There's been suspicious activity for a while, so I contacted them and they said they need a video! I managed to record one, but it won't attach to the email properly. I'm not good at this stuff, so I don't really get it. Help~

You even went through the trouble of filming it. It might not be sending because of the email's file size limit. You could try using a cloud service or compressing the file.
