About Roll Processing
What kind of practice should I do to process rolls stably (at regular intervals)? I don't know how fast I should move my arms for things like xa裏 or monokuro裏, and I'm having trouble with either overshooting and getting a 'fail' or undershooting and also getting a 'fail' 😔

Maintaining a steady rhythm might be similar to continuously flowing electricity at a constant voltage. How about starting by getting your body used to the muscle movements of your arms at a slow tempo? Don't rush, try practicing as if you're matching your own heartbeat.
