Seriously Annoying Competitive Streamer & Listener

Just the other day, while enjoying Ilium, I encountered someone who made me want to say, 'Huh?!' As the title says, they were the 'competitive' type. This is seriously annoying... I don't understand why they would deliberately stand in someone else's field and try to assert they're superior. I work in 'voice acting'. Therefore, I have no choice but to respond sternly to those who try to enter my field and assert dominance. It might sound harsh, but 'What's the point of an amateur trying to one-up a professional?!' 'Don't you realize the immense hardship and effort required to get into this profession?' That's why I think this way. I don't want people to casually say things like, 'I could be a voice actor 'or something',' or 'People say I have a good voice,' or 'I'd get cast in one audition!' Honestly, encountering these 'one-uppers' really drains my mental energy. For those playing Ilium, I sincerely hope you don't encounter these kinds of people. And if you are subjected to their one-upmanship, I recommend blocking them immediately.
