Welcome to the world of NIKKE! It's most efficient to start by progressing through the main story to unlock content and gather early-game upgrade materials. Feel free to ask again if you have any questions.

I'll build the things that get unlocked as I progress through the main story. First, let's aim to raise 5 SSR Nikkes to 3 stars and level 200. Once you have 5 Nikkes at level 200, a feature will be unlocked that allows you to level up even level 1 Nikkes to 200, so that's the reason. When events become available, do a decent amount of them. (You get gacha tickets, so if you want to pull on the gacha, it's worth doing.) SR characters are likely to become obsolete eventually, so I think it's best to only invest in them to an extent you won't regret later.

On a very short cycle, you'd claim all your daily bonuses, advance the story, and get more. Then use that to pull for characters, level them up, and gear them out, I guess? ^^>

I recommend advancing the Forward Base's Tactical Academy, as it improves the content of your expeditions! If there are any terms you don't understand, feel free to ask and I'll explain.
