I finished work today and was driving in the heavy rain when I saw someone cycling right in the middle of a single-lane road that easily gets congested. I thought, 'Are they out of their mind!?' I really wanted to say, 'Please, just stop...' What's worse, they weren't wearing a helmet, which made it even scarier.
