Why are streamers and content creators so good?

Lately, I've been playing 'Survive 99 Days' on my PC, but I keep dying quickly because I can't attack properly. When I watch streamers or video creators play, it looks like they're on PC too, but they defeat enemies in seconds. What's the difference…?
