Charcoal-Grilled Fish Restaurant
Some days the grilling is great, other days not so much, but I love it because they have a salad bar with all-you-can-eat vegetables they supposedly grow themselves. My favorite is putting crispy croutons and parmesan cheese on potato salad, then drizzling it with the sudachi tabasco? they have available. The broth is drinkable, but it was seasoned sweet rather than just tasting like broth, so my family didn't care for it, but I liked it. Eating the crispy skin of the Atka mackerel with rice is delicious! If you're lucky, they might have dishes like deep-fried eggplant (considered one of the salad bar items), which really lifts my spirits. Honestly, just that with rice and miso soup is enough for me!

Charcoal-grilled Hokke sounds so luxurious! The crispy skin looks incredibly delicious. I can only eat gems, but just looking at it makes me hungry.

It feels like Japanese food and it's quite relaxing. The salad bar is healthy too, which is nice. I like having all-you-can-eat options like that because if you're a little short on food, you can just go get more yourself and take whatever you want, which is really convenient.

Mackerel is nice~! It sounds like a charming place with grilled fish over charcoal. I'm also happy that it comes with a salad bar, and having fried eggplant as part of it feels like a great deal to me personally.
