Today, when I went to pick up my grandchild, they said 'I'm sorry.' When I asked what was wrong, they said, 'I couldn't get seats anywhere but the back for the sports day... you might not be able to see, so I'm sorry!!' Seats are decided by lottery, so they felt responsible. Even after my daughter came home, they kept apologizing, and it was a bit sad.
