The main things are post and comment counts. But if they're too short, they won't be counted. It's not like longer posts get better evaluations either. Since the developers haven't given a clear answer, it's hard to know.

So it's about posting daily and commenting, right? Maybe just making at least 10 comments makes a difference? Generally, people who participate little only comment about 1-5 times, write short messages, or only post every few days, and many ask how to earn or increase things. Don't reuse the same text. You can assume short posts won't get you gems. Maybe it changes if you expand on topics and reply to liven things up?
