Chocolate and coffee, nice comboðïž Apparently, dentists say regular check-ups and cleanings every 2-3 months are fine, no worries. Back in my day, we only went when it hurt (like, when the pain was unbearable even with meds)... so if I didn't have cavities, I wouldn't go for decades... By then, it was too late, lol.
