Yeah, those kinds of people exist sometimes. For streamers who use tags to gather people, I think if you're going to exclude those who don't join, you shouldn't use tags in the first place, even if it's just a facade. And for those who keep talking to you when you just want to be a silent observer (ROM◎), that's also questionable... As for me, I just talk freely because I want people to listen to the IRIAM rules during the stream, even if they don't need to reply (lol). Streamers should also follow the etiquette...
