Penalty!
I got a penalty I don't remember, and it's not being removed at all... It's been over a week, I think. Is there any kind of guideline or estimate?

If it hasn't been lifted after a week, there seems to be some kind of cause 😭 A common pattern is receiving a penalty for idling during gameplay or using an auto-clicker tool, but do you have any recollection of doing that? 🤔 If not, it might be a good idea to contact playo!

AuthorThank you for telling me. I haven't been neglecting it, I'm just playing the game normally... I was thinking of contacting support, but I put it off because it seemed like a hassle.
