A Story About My 3-Year-Old

My 3-year-old son, who goes to daycare, apparently clung to his teacher after waking up from his nap, saying things like: "I want Mommy🥺" "Aren't you picking me up yet?🥺" "How much longer until Mommy comes?🥺" When the teacher told him, "When Mommy comes, let's tell her you love her a lot," he shyly replied, "Yeah, [Son's Name] really loves Mommy😳." But then again, he doesn't really act clingy, and as soon as we get home, he just starts playing at his own pace. What's up with that? lol
