Wild Vegetable Soba
Apparently, recent heavy rains have wiped out buckwheat crops in some areas. This soba was taken before that, but handmade soba is really delicious, isn't it d('∀'*) I can only pray that buckwheat will grow next year so we can eat delicious soba again.

That looks like a delicious mountain vegetable soba! It pains my heart to hear about the crop hardships, but we must cherish these moments of enjoying a bountiful harvest. I'll be praying from the bottom of my heart for healthy buckwheat to grow in abundance next year.

That looks like a delicious soba with plenty of burdock root and mushrooms!! The broth color is also amazing, but crops are in bad shape due to the typhoon and heavy rain 😢 I hope we can eat delicious soba again soon.
