An Experience at a Hotel

This is a story about when I went to a hotel a long time ago. It was the type of hotel where you could park your car and go straight to your room. There was a payment machine at the entrance of the room, and the system was to pay upon checkout. However, shortly after entering the room, the intercom rang, and someone from the front desk came to collect the payment. The room was eerie, I felt like I was being watched, and the TV would turn on by itself while he was showering. At this point, I wanted to leave, but I felt bad for him since he had already paid for the room, and I thought, 'What if he dislikes me…?' So I couldn't say anything. When I went to sleep, I woke up to the feeling of breathing near my ear, and there was a woman standing in the corner of the room. My body wouldn't move, and he was sleeping next to me. Her presence, someone's breath by my ear, and my immobile body made me wish I could just pass out. After he turned over and woke up, we left the hotel immediately. It was 2 AM, and the woman was no longer there. Even now, that hotel still exists, although its exterior and name have changed. After that, I had a fever and a rash for about a month for no apparent reason. I went to a general hospital and underwent various tests, including a gastroscopy, but the diagnosis was 'fever of unknown origin.' It was the scariest experience I've ever had.
