Haven't gotten any super rare drops recently, and when I finally did, it was Hayabusa... The more powerful units you get, the more disappointing it feels. If only its speed matched its appearance...

It has an area attack with critical hit, so there are situations where it can be used. However, if you have other critical hit countermeasures ready, it's certainly difficult to use. Also, if you steadily raise it to level 60 and unlock its instincts, it will perform as a main force.
