Updated Terms of Use

I really empathized with this. I'm grateful that an administrator with this kind of stance created this message board (｡-人-｡) Especially the idea that 'No reaction is neutral, not negative.' This was a perspective I hadn't considered before. It made me think that I can be more relaxed about posting.
