Team Balance?

I play this game sometimes since it's from the same company as Pokemon GO. But it's a battle between the blue and green teams. The blue team is way too strong in my area. I'm on the green team, so I'm struggling every day. For now, I'm slowly collecting items and doing my best to repaint the town green. Together with comrades who feel the same. I hope one day I can dye my local area green.
