Creep - Radiohead
An early masterpiece by Radiohead. The contrast between the fresh, youthful lyrics depicting delicate and sorrowful conflict, and the ferocious guitar sound that explodes in the chorus from a state of quietness. It's raw yet beautiful, capturing feelings of inferiority towards oneself and self-negation like 'I'm insignificant and unworthy in front of the person I admire.' I like their work after KID A too, but if I had to pick a song I want to listen to repeatedly, it's this one by Radiohead.

I totally get that feeling of looking in the mirror and thinking 'I'm so insignificant...' It's like this song offers a strange sense of comfort, as if someone is gently by your side... kero.
