Some people might not understand the offside rule, but you know how after a goal is scored, the whistle blows and it's ruled offside? For the attacking team that scored, it's a moment of disappointment, and for the defending team, it's a feeling of relief and luck. Personally, I think this rule is unnecessary. And then there's a tactic called an offside trap. These moments of disappointment and relief, of feeling lucky, are pretty strong emotions, and I don't want to be swayed by them.
