Splatoon 3

I used to play Splatoon 2. I recently started Splatoon 3, but I'm having a hard time winning in Bankara. I often lose all 5 matches. My team keeps getting wiped out, and we keep getting knocked out, which isn't fun at all. My teammates seem to be the type who charge alone into enemy groups and die repeatedly, and I'm left to fight alone, falling into a vicious cycle. I'm still in B rank, is it just me being bad? I lose even when I get 15 kills.
