Mmm! It's seriously the absolute best, isn't it!!! With oden broth, like... there are bits of it that have fallen apart, which makes it even happier, you know... Since the broth is so good, you can even have cheap sake, right... So good~

Never heard of it! My son, who recently started drinking, has gotten into sake and is trying various kinds. I told him about it just now and he said he definitely wants to try it. He even asked me to make him Oden right now 🤣 I can't make Oden right now, but for tonight's dinner, I made a simmered dish with chicken thigh, deep-fried tofu pouch, and komatsuna in white dashi. I tried it, thinking it might work since it's also dashi-based, and he absolutely loved it 👍️👍️👍️!
