Weather forecast, just a forecast after all huh
The weather forecast is so unreliable, it's causing problems. They predicted the rain would stop around 4 PM today, so I decided not to go out when the weather was iffy this morning. It's currently 8 PM. It's still raining... sigh

The forecast changes so quickly, what I saw this morning is no longer reliable lol. At 30%, it could go either way, and it often rains even with a 30% chance (-_-;)
