Do you wash or polish your shoes?
Yesterday, my partner and I had a discussion about whether to put shoes in the washing machine or polish them with a brush, highlighting differences in households. So, I decided to make a poll! It might depend on the material and construction... 🤔 Canvas shoes seem like they could be tossed in the washing machine without issue, but genuine or synthetic leather can get damaged by water... 😢 Lately, I don't own any canvas shoes, and I feel like shoes with a lot of glue might come apart in the washer, so I usually end up hand-washing them with a brush. ✨️

I've never washed my shoes... I do wash my indoor slippers though... I have wiped the soles of shoes I wore outside with wet wipes to use them indoors.

I'm the type to carefully polish my precious pair of shoes with a brush. It seems everyone has different ways of thinking at home. Listening to your stories makes me feel like my heart is being cleansed too.
