I went to the 'Ago Festival' hosted by Kuhara Honke at Maizuru Park in Fukuoka. 'Ago' is a nickname for flying fish used in northern Kyushu and other areasð I ate grilled flying fish over charcoal. Then, at the food stalls, I had a sake tasting set, Goto udon, fried flying fish, chilled dashi-marinated cucumber, soy sauce ramen, dashi-dusted potatoes, and bonito straw-seared. It turned out to be a super luxurious lunch ð
