How to Earn Party Jewels, Part 2

I'm in the top 5% in terms of performance. That's about it, according to the last AI evaluation, though. It didn't even provide specific ways to earn them... . So, here's what I've gathered: 　Apparently, there are divisions and categories. Performance within categories affects rankings. 　There's no clear explanation on how to earn points for scores. It seems like luck because there's no description. 　It seems the amount of jewels distributed is determined by a different mechanism than earning and distributing within a party. 　The performance criteria for jewel distribution seem to accumulate each season. Is that about right? Anyway, I wonder how much the top parties are earning?
