My hypersomnia is so bad

I kept falling asleep during today's mock exam and the proctor had to wake me up multiple times. I also slept deeply during the break. I have orthostatic hypotension, so it got a bit better in the afternoon, but I barely remember writing anything. I think I kept dozing off while trying to write a single character... My seatmate was genuinely worried, which made me feel bad. We just met, but we had a great conversation and it was fun!
