AuthorIf anyone here has repair knowledge, I'd like to consult them for a moment. If a small protrusion, about 1mm, has been gouged out from the base, is it pretty much impossible to fix...?

I'm not really sure... I've seen people substitute a broken shaft with something like a brass rod, but for the base part... And wouldn't it be even harder to repair if it's a small part?
