Stage 1 is fun and progresses smoothly, but the freezing is a problem... It's way more troublesome than ads. So I emailed support and they asked me to send screenshots. I'm not sure if I can post the content, so I won't, but... I sent it along with a note that it seems like the smartphone's functions stop during freezes, making it hard to capture properly. I wonder if they'll introduce something like a performance mode where lowering the graphics quality might help? It seems like it doesn't help for some people. For me, restarting and clearing the cache didn't work. When the phone itself got an update, it only worked without freezing for about 2 days after that, I think?
