What the heck is Steam's client webhelper? ( ・∀・)
I'm confused because it's eating up 500-800MB of memory even when Steam isn't running.

Ah, you were having trouble with that yesterday, maybe Steam wasn't fully closed. WebHelper is Chromium-based, so it tends to hog memory. Try ending it in Task Manager or review the settings!
