Changing Clothes

It's gotten quite cool at night now that it's October, but I still break a sweat walking in the morning and afternoon. Lately, I've been walking to the nearest station, so when I think about arriving at the station or getting on a crowded train, I'm hesitant to put on a jacket... When should I change my clothes for the season?
