Is this a cutscene effect or a bug?
What is this mosaic-like thing lol I was confused because the screen was hard to see and it hurt my eyes lol It stayed like this afterwards, but it got fixed when the freeze ended, was it a bug??? NTE Anyway, I'm progressing through the main story, but is there anything else I should prioritize over this? Waiting for comments âºïž

If it's the main auction house, it's based on how many times the appraiser drank alcohol ðŠ I got super dizzy! If it's not the main one, it might be city stamina consumption or project million consumption? Because fans use a lot!
