In Every Workplace?
I just joined, but I'd like to vent right away. I'm in my late 30s/early 40s, and I've had various jobs. Full-time, contract, temporary, part-time, casual. Accounting, restaurant work, call center, warehouse labor. No matter the workplace, there's always someone a bit unpleasant. Is it a personality clash, or what⊠You can usually sense when someone has a negative impression of you. In work situations, I keep my interactions with such people to a minimum. I don't want to feel bad either. But this time, I can't do that. Without properly teaching me, 'Don't do this.' 'Do that.' I'm being taught by a part-timer, but you said you'd teach me yourself because they were wrong? It's not a difficult position, is it? Why aren't you teaching others? To protect your own standing? I bet I'm being badmouthed behind my back too (lol) I'll do my best since it's only short hours though

Right? My workplace has a lot of people like that too 𫚠I also try to limit my interactions to the bare minimum necessary for work ð€ Because I feel it's a waste of my time to spend it on those kinds of people. I always work with the mindset that if it becomes unbearable, I'll just quit ð
