Maybe I'm just not in a good headspace?
This happened when I was grocery shopping. I was waiting in line at the checkout, and an elderly couple got in line behind me, but they were standing way too close. Even when I was paying at the self-checkout, they were still uncomfortably close, and it just made me feel irritated, or rather, just plain uncomfortable. In even worse cases, they'd get so close they were practically side-by-side, making me wonder if they were trying to cut in line. Maybe I'm just overthinking it, but I wonder if I'm so sensitive to things like this because I don't have enough emotional space right now...

You know how sometimes there are people who are just way too close, like 'What's your personal space?!' ð I thought it might have gotten a little better with COVID, but lately, I'm seeing a few people getting close again... ðŠ

It's really annoying when people get too close, isn't it? I wish they'd give us a little more space.

Sometimes elderly people get a bit too close, and I feel uncomfortable too. Maybe I'm being narrow-minded.

When a stranger gets too close, it goes beyond discomfort and into fear. Some people don't even move forward, just change their body orientation, but somehow take a step closer. I can't understand why they want to get so close.
