Are rhythm games insane this year?

I'm a Phigros, Proseca, Chunithm, and Taiko player (haven't played Taiko much recently) Phigros is going wild in ch9 Proseca is shooting beams again Chuni got stuff like Melodiniq And Taiko has all new songs for Tatsujin What's going on? I'm shaking thinking they'll start swapping the strongest boss songs from all rhythm games eventually
