A Dilemma

All 23 of my current swords have reached level 30. I want to summon the swords I haven't met yet, but I also want to save up for Imanotsurugi's special outfit. It's been a while since I've felt this kind of excitement, as my resources and strength in Touken Ranbu are quite stable. Knowing when to go for it is also part of the strategy, isn't it?
