Windy today

Good morning. This morning's sky is about 50% blue sky and 50% clouds. The weather app says there's a 40% chance of rain, which seems about right. However, thanks to the strong winds, it's finally starting to feel like autumn in this southern land. I'm someone who usually wears short sleeves, but I thought long sleeves might be okay in the morning and evening lol
