There was a viewer in a certain mahjong stream who intuitively thought, 'Ah, this person is a two-faced charmer full of narcissism, so you shouldn't take what they say at face value.'... They were saying a lot of things, and while the logic itself was educational and not wrong, mahjong has countless exceptions, and it's natural for choices to change based on the player's thought process. I wanted to say that you might face trouble if you don't weigh these factors, but I worried it would be taken as sour grapes or an attack, so I just kept quiet. I wish everyone would realize from the fact that they often make definitive statements like, 'If they have this hand, they'll definitely discard this, so this move is guaranteed to pass,' but because they're not at a level to realize that, they end up praising them like, 'Wow! High-level players can read this far!' It just made me feel... uncomfortable 😮💨 Giving advice is saying something helpful to others, but what you're doing is just self-satisfaction to show off how good you are, right? It's a small community, so I couldn't say it carelessly, and I ended up venting here. Sorry for the rambling and long post 💦
