Bad News
I just posted the other day saying I finally got it back to 10000,, but it dropped back down to the 8000s again, I'm so sadð¢ I was thinking I'd try to get it back up to around 16000, which was the peak when it was over 10000, and then it dropped.. It's about double to get to 16000, can I even do this? I'm nothing but worried.. I went to sleep satisfied yesterday thinking I'd put in a lot of effort with posts and comments.. Was my effort still not enough? If so, it'll be a pretty intense amount of activity. I'm pouring about half of this night time into the community, but

Once it drops, it never seems to come back. I don't know what the cause is, so I can't do anything about it, and it just leads to a downward spiral of demotivation... But I believe if we keep trying, it'll get better, so let's do our best without overdoing it! (^^)

Honestly, in the current environment, it's difficult to get tens of thousands unless you look at the posts of those who receive a lot of gems and figure out the trends and countermeasures. It's also unclear why certain posts get featured, but there seems to be a hidden pattern in who they choose, so if you can figure that out, keeping tens of thousands might not be a dream. In short, I think the only way is to gather your own posts and those that tend to be favored in the featured section.
