Level Up Event Completed

Successfully completed this round's level-up event. It looks like a simple task of just leveling up characters... but as you level up more, the characters you can level up become limited, making it increasingly difficult. Will I be able to complete it next time...? Maybe I should just open a bunch of treasure chests and collect fragments then?
