Hoopa strategy guide please!

I've been wanting to try playing support recently and started using Hoopa, but there's still a lot I don't know, so I'd like some advice! ① When to use the ultimate ② Who to target with Trick ③ Held items and battle items ④ Should I go Kaja or not?
