Regarding the initial 24% chance in Monster Strike's Gekishin Festival. The probability for limited characters remains unchanged, only the probability for permanent 5-6 star characters has increased. Well, there are some strong permanent characters lately, so it's definitely worth pulling, but... I'm sure people who play Monster Strike already know this, right?
