Just planning to get Nuvi,

That's quite a different kind of question compared to your previous live stories. For Neuvillette, securing Hydro Resonance and adding supports like Fischl, Zhongli, or Kazuha would be a safe choice. If you're restricted to C0 and no signature weapon, I'd recommend consulting your current character build situation first.

First, Freminet. Freminet's Burst buff effect synergizes well with Neuvillette's HP fluctuations. These two are almost a set. An un-constellation Neuvillette lacks interruption resistance, meaning he'll flinch when hit, so a shielder is needed. Options include: Electro-Charged with Inazuma characters, Crystallize with Liyue characters, Hyperbloom with Baizhu and Kuki Shinobu, or Freeze with Escoffier and Layla. The best choice heavily depends on your available characters, but these are strong possibilities.
