Don't buy decorative items with TYP until you've fully upgraded your K-9 or police dogs. 3. In 1 vs 1 missions, place your ambulance where there are the most patients. The ambulance's movement path can determine victory or defeat. 4. Don't overextend yourself in the early stages of base expansion. Just enough to build your vehicle base.
